helpful staff good selection thin walls broken bin

the staff were very helpful. they provided maps and highlighted attractions , which was useful. breakfast had a good selection and was regularly replenished.

the walls were quite thin , so noise from other guests was noticeable. the bathroom bin was broken and needed replacement , which was inconvenient.

the hotel is in a vibrant location, a short walk from sultanahmet's main attractions. many good restaurants nearby offer delicious food at reasonable prices. the staff were very friendly. they kept the room immaculate.

it would be even better if breakfast was a little more varied.

i found the staff helpful, especially ekram and the night shift worker (i regret not asking his name). they provided a map highlighting attractions, which simplified our visits. the hotel arranged hassle-free airport transfers for us. i appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning.

The room lacked sufficient space to accommodate two suitcases. Only one luggage rack was available, even though the room had space for two.

The location was convenient, being within easy walking distance of major attractions. the staff, especially cihan, helped organize a coach for a day trip. A detail .

The walls were thin, and noise from neighboring rooms was easily audible. the bathroom trash bin was broken. A small detail that detracted from the overall experience.

the hotel's location proved ideal. it allowed easy access to key attractions, and the nearby restaurants offered many dining options. the room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked well. i also found the staff to be friendly and helpful with my inquiries.

The hotel had thin walls. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. i suggest improvements to soundproofing for a quieter experience.
